Petit Elephant - Cherai Beach

I had a very enjoyable stay at a cozy hotel near the beach. the location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach. There were plenty of outside restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. the rooms were clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I especially loved the nice pool where I could relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

The breakfast options were a bit limited.

Petit Elephant was a great value for money, withnice and neat rooms. The location was perfect, just opposite the beach, and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

We had a memorable stay at a nice looking newly refurbished property near the sea. the interiors were clean and great, and the staff, especially Sharat, Vishnu, and team. the breakfast offered traditional cuisines and the dinner was equally great. the pool area was quiet and the view of the sea just separated by a road was an added bonus. a big thumbs up to Petit Elephant for providing a great experience. Cons: Nothing, all was 👍.

we loved our stay at cherai beach. petit elephant was the perfect retreat after a long journey. the kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was just a stone's throw away. the staff were lovely and even played games with the children.

Air con had issues.

Panoramic Sea View Restaurant: The restaurant at the hotel had the most amazing seafood, freshly sourced from the nearby fishing harbor. The flavors were so delicious, it felt like I was dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant by the sea. Each dish was a masterpiece that satisfied both my taste buds and my love for the ocean.

Pricey Upgrades

The hotel had a clean and comfortable environment, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, close to the beach and restaurants, yet still peaceful and safe. The view from the suite rooms was enjoyable and the balcony was a great place for the whole family to relax. The large pool was loved by the kids and the hotel was family-friendly. Breakfast was simple but nice. it was a pleasant stay and I would consider visiting again.

There were a few minor downsides to the hotel experience. The food menu had limited options for vegetarians, which may be disappointing for some.

Petit Elephant is an amazing choice! The staff, including Sharat, Vishnu, and team, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food in the open-air restaurant was authentic and delicious. We loved the sea view from our suite room balcony, and the pool was clean and inviting. The hotel is family-friendly, with staff playing with our children and making them feel special. It's a small, homey hotel with reasonable rates, near nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. We can't wait to visit again!

I was actually surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea. The staff at Petit Elephant were friendly and were very good too make sure my family and I had a fantastic stay. Plus, the location was perfect, with the soothing sound of the waves just across the street.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement to make it even better.
